LOUIS VUITTON

WHEN YOU WORK ON THE GLOBAL SOCIAL STRATEGY OF ONE OF THE BEST BRAND IN THE WORLD

Recently, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Louis Vuitton for several months and work on their global Social Media strategy.

As with many “consulting” assignments, it's hard for me to go into all the details and show my work in strategy, recommendations and advice (NDA, embargo, etc.). But here's some info…

More than a brand

One of my missions was to dive into the brand's universe to fully understand its DNA and direction, by analyzing internal documents but also through a lot of external research. Going through brandbooks and Pharrell interviews is pretty cool.

“The consumer”

I had to learn all I could about the luxury consumer 2024-2026. The opportunity to deconstruct a multitude of preconceived ideas and understand recent and future developments in an exciting market driven by Gen Z and “Youth Culture”.

(All) The Platforms

This collaboration was an opportunity to become even more of a platform “expert”, not least because my scope of work included editorial strategy for 10 social networks: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, X, Threads. I also had the opportunity to drive interviews with platforms internal teams to understand the narrative of each social media and the best practices.

After the various phases mentioned above, there followed a strategic recommendation phase that I can't go into in detail. All I can say is that it was extremely challenging and exciting to lead a project of this scale (global brief) for an industry-leading brand.
